Paul Dufour Award

Chosen by the Conference Programme Committee, the best paper of the RadTech Europe 2019 Conference will be honoured with the prestigious Paul Dufour Award. The award is named after Paul Dufour, one of the founders of RadTech Europe.

Exhibition details

The RadTech Europe tabletop exhibition is the leading business event for the UV/EB radiation curing in Europe. All parties engaged in the radiation curing and coatings industry will be present, making the exhibition a unique platform to present the latest industry trends.

Hotel reservations – special RTE rate

Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fees. RTE has arranged a special hotel room rate for its participants. Delegates may reserve their own hotel room(s) via the regular online registration link.

Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the event. A refund of 50% of the fee will be given if cancellation is received later, but no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Delegates who cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the event or fail to attend without notifying the RTE Secretariat will be liable for the whole fee. In all cases, postmark shall apply. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be made in writing and will be confirmed by the RTE Secretariat. Any fee refunded will be paid after the event.

Notice

RadTech Europe reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may appear in this context will not be reimbursed. RTE produces a list of delegates for this event which may include the following information: company name, address (street, zip code, city, and country), name and job description of the delegate. This list of delegates will be made available to all conference delegates, speakers and possible sponsors of the event, who may use them for promotional purposes. Objection against publication and circulation of this data may be made at any time until 3 weeks prior to the event and has to be made in writing to the RTE Secretariat.

Photographs of participants will be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purpose. The address data is processed for customer service and information purpose in compliance with Dutch Data Protection Law. Amendments and error may occur.
